Der Prozess der Anwerbung eines qualifizierten Mitarbeiters ist eigentlich nicht allzu kompliziert.<\/p>

Based on the needs that employer have for the workers, after making cooperation contract with employer’s company, in the first round of selection agency informs a large number of suitable candidates from our databases, about employer’s offer. From the submitted candidates, who except the offered conditions, we are making the selection. For each working position, after first selection we are sending CV’s of several suitable candidates, with their characteristics and photos, to the employer, who is choosing candidates in the second round of selection. These candidates are candidates with whom the employer wishes to speak in the final, third round of selection.<\/p>\n

Die ausgew\u00e4hlten Kandidaten werden direkt mit dem Arbeitgeber in Verbindung gebracht. Sobald der Arbeitgeber die geeigneten Kandidaten ausgew\u00e4hlt hat, ist der Rekrutierungsprozess fast abgeschlossen. Die Mitarbeiter bereiten alle zus\u00e4tzlichen Dokumente vor, damit der Arbeitsvertrag und die Unterkunft f\u00fcr die Kandidaten mit EU-Dokumenten - EU-Kandidaten - vorbereitet werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n
