The process of recruiting a good worker is actually not too much difficult.
Based on the needs that employer have for the workers, after making cooperation contract with employer’s company, in the first round of selection agency informs a large number of suitable candidates from our databases, about employer’s offer. From the submitted candidates, who except the offered conditions, we are making the selection. For each working position, after first selection we are sending CV’s of several suitable candidates, with their characteristics and photos, to the employer, who is choosing candidates in the second round of selection. These candidates are candidates with whom the employer wishes to speak in the final, third round of selection.
The chosen candidates we are connecting directly with the employer. When the employer selects the appropriate candidates, the process of recruitment is almost done. Workers are usually scanning theirs documents, so employer can start with preparing of the employment contracts and accommodation for the holders of EU documents – EU candidates.
For NON-EU candidates, the employer is making a work permit before NON-EU worker comes to work, or the same process can be done after a candidate’s probationary period of several days if that option is possible in the employer’s country. Besides candidates from more than 10 European countries, we are also offering the services of skilled Asian workers.
If any worker works in employer’s company for less than 14 calendar days, the employer’s company does not make any payment to our agency for such a worker.
The employer pays the agency only for our services according to the agreement, while all earnings the employer always pays directly to the worker.
