Proces rekrutiranja dobrega delavca pravzaprav ni preveč težak.

Based on the needs that employer have for the workers, after making cooperation contract with employer’s company, in the first round of selection agency informs a large number of suitable candidates from our databases, about employer’s offer. From the submitted candidates, who except the offered conditions, we are making the selection. For each working position, after first selection we are sending CV’s of several suitable candidates, with their characteristics and photos, to the employer, who is choosing candidates in the second round of selection. These candidates are candidates with whom the employer wishes to speak in the final, third round of selection.

Izbrane kandidate povežemo neposredno z delodajalcem. Ko delodajalec izbere ustrezne kandidate, je proces rekrutacije skoraj končan. Delavci pripravijo vsa dodatna dokumenta, tako da se lahko začne s pripravo pogodbe o zaposlitvi in nastanitvi za kandidate z EU dokumenti – EU kandidate.

For NON-EU candidates, the employer is making a work permit before NON-EU worker comes to work, or the same process can be done after a candidate’s probationary period of several days if that option is possible in the employer’s country. Besides candidates from more than 10 European countries, we are also offering the services of skilled Asian workers.

Če kateri koli delavec dela v podjetju delodajalca manj kot 14 koledarskih dni, podjetje delodajalca nima nobenih finančnih obveznosti do naše agencije za takega delavca.

The employer pays the agency only for our services according to the agreement, while all earnings the employer always pays directly to the worker.
