Proces regrutovanja dobrog radnika zapravo nije previ\u0161e te\u017eak.<\/p>

Based on the needs that employer have for the workers, after making cooperation contract with employer’s company, in the first round of selection agency informs a large number of suitable candidates from our databases, about employer’s offer. From the submitted candidates, who except the offered conditions, we are making the selection. For each working position, after first selection we are sending CV’s of several suitable candidates, with their characteristics and photos, to the employer, who is choosing candidates in the second round of selection. These candidates are candidates with whom the employer wishes to speak in the final, third round of selection.<\/p>\n

Odabrane kandidate povezujemo direktno sa poslodavcem. Kada poslodavac odabere odgovaraju\u0107e kandidate, proces regrutacije je skoro gotov. Radnici pripremaju sva dodatna dokumenta, tako da se mo\u017ee krenuti sa pripremom ugovora o radu i sme\u0161taju za kandidate sa EU dokumentima \u2013 EU kandidate.<\/p>\n

For NON-EU candidates, the employer is making a work permit before NON-EU worker comes to work, or the same process can be done after a candidate\u2019s probationary period of several days if that option is possible in the employer’s country. Besides candidates from more than 10 European countries, we are also offering the services of skilled Asian workers.<\/p>\n

Ako bilo koji radnik radi u firmi poslodavca manje od 14 kalendarskih dana, firma poslodavca nema nikakve finansijske obaveze prema na\u0161oj agenciji za takvog radnika.<\/p>\n

The employer pays the agency only for our services according to the agreement, while all earnings the employer always pays directly to the worker.<\/p>\n
