Based on the needs that employer have for the workers, after making cooperation contract with employer’s company, in the first round of selection agency informs a large number of suitable candidates from our databases, about employer’s offer. From the submitted candidates, who except the offered conditions, we are making the selection. For each working position, after first selection we are sending CV’s of several suitable candidates, with their characteristics and photos, to the employer, who is choosing candidates in the second round of selection. These candidates are candidates with whom the employer wishes to speak in the final, third round of selection.

A kiválasztott jelölteket közvetlenül a munkáltatóval kötjük össze. Miután a munkáltató kiválasztotta a megfelelő jelölteket, a toborzási folyamat majdnem véget ért. A dolgozók minden további dokumentumot előkészítenek, hogy az EU-s okmányokkal rendelkező vagyis az EU-s jelöltek – munka- és szállásszerződéseinek elkészítése megkezdődhessen.

The employer pays the agency only for our services according to the agreement, while all earnings the employer always pays directly to the worker.
